About Us

We are a happily married couple who have been on a mutual journey to take off the weight and improve our general health since 2009. Together we've lost a collective 60+ pounds and are still going. We've had both successes and set-backs, but stay positive on our quest. There's been quite a few funny moments along the way which have provided us inspiration for "Pomegranate Janet" and her friends.
